Dry blotches on skin

Can anyone recommend treatment for a toddler with dry patches on their skin? She seems to have small round blotches over her arms and legs 😕

Hello, I used Cetraben, Aveeno or E45 for dry skin. I suffer from dry eczema and sensitive skin and so does my son and they work really well to moisturise.
In the past I've also used an ointment called 50/50 which can also be used in the bath.
