Mystery Spot - with photos

Does anyone know what this could be on DD4's cheek? Occasionally she gets the odd pimple type spot, but this has been the same for about a month. She doesn't have any other spots/marks.

Just looks like a bit of discolouration from dry skin or something similar. I'd just moisturise it and see if it improves. Doesn't look worrying to me.
