What could this be?

My DD had a good day at preschool, ate well and ate well when she got home around 5. She looked a bit strange round the eyes and kept saying she was cold.

I put her to bed early and she seemed fine, was chatting away but said she had a headache.
No temperature, although I think she felt quite warm and her cheeks were rosy.

She sat up in bed to tell me something and a bit of sick dribbled out her mouth. It was literally a table spoon.

Is it normal to throw up with no retching or force??

I'm naturally a bit worried.

Could it of been a sicky burp?

Ahh my reply didn't post !

It could have been a sicky burp, but I didn't hear her burp. She said she didn't feel sick prior. And no tummy ache.

I'm probably also worried because I am immunosuppressant and worry about catching anything as it takes me ages to recover and can make me really poorly (not great with a 4 year old and 9 month old..)
