MMR and Neutropenia

My dd had Neutropenia at last blood test, she needs to have MMR, does anyone have experience of their children having Neutropenia and MMR. Is it ok to have the MMR with Neutopenia. We need to do a repeat blood test and doctor said it is ok to go ahead with MMR but im still worried.

My DGS had similar blood test results, after he had been rather ill with a virus, so my DD did postpone his vax for a few weeks until the paediatrician repeated the blood test and he was no longer neutropenic so he had it albeit a little late.
