Pretty sure my toddlers 2 years old and 3 years old both have the flu.
Nasty cough, runny nose, sleeping most of the time, but up most of the night. Fever is around 38.5c when fever peaks for both of them but drops right down to around 36.4c when they have calpol or nurofen. Both have been eating a little, drinking and having wee's.
Pretty sure there is no ear infection or tonsillitis as they have had no ear pain and no throat pain.
They just lie on the sofa all day as if their bodies are aching and don't like to move much at all.
We're on day 7 and day 5 of the fever for both of them. 2 year old is more poorly than 3 year old.
How long can the fevers last with flu?

appointment when they open. But I don't think they are going to want them in the surgery and see them with their symptoms being the same as flu.
