Eczema round eyes

DS suffers from eczema. Recently it's been round his eyes. Dr gave us a steroid cream which cleared it up but 2 days later it's back. I know we cant continue to use the steroid cream as it thins the skin. Part of the problem is that we dont moisturise round his eyes as everything hes been prescribed is not suitable for eyes. I have actually tried out of desperation but they make his skin red, even when using tiny amounts.

Any eczema sufferers out there use a cream suitable for round the eyes?

I can normally keep on top of his eczema by moisturising constantly. Would be so pleased if there was something we could try.

I had eczema patches around my eyes for months. Child's farm eczema cream cleared them after a couples of weeks, just a little blob smeared around the eyes twice a day.

Thanks. Unfortunately we tried this and he had a bit of a reaction to it on his eyelids. Has worked well everywhere else though.
