What are these spots?

Any idea what these spots could be? He is 21 months and scratching them (can see he's been scratching in darker photo) . Didn't have them this morning only noticed once he got home from childminder. Ok in himself.

Looks like the start of chicken pox.

Are any blistered?

Are they anywhere other than his torso?

There are several viruses that can cause spots.

You could always go to the GP on Monday. Or A&E if condition worsens.

So far his just tummy, heat and side. Can't see that any have blistered.
