Lump in toddlers neck

I am panicking now! My 2.5year old has this lump behind his year! It appeared a few days ago - has anyone has any idea what it could be? The next gp appointment is at the end of Feb!!! I dont know if we need to call 111 now because I am very worried and no idea what it could be :( Help. Is there any doctors on here maybe? X

Hello I see no one has replied, did you ring 111?
If not I would ring them and see what they say. If you're really worried take him to A&E.

If your GP has a walk in service I would say go, don't wait till the end of Feb. If not then definitely 111. Hope you get seen soon.

Hello, I was wondering what was the result? My toddler has the same thing behind the ear, left side also. We are heading to the doctors also.
