Help with red spots on DDs face

Hi my 10 year old daughter has 2 red spots on her face - one on her nose and one on her upper lip. She has had them for over a year. They are flat not raised. I thought they would heal themselves but they don't seem to be budging. They are more noticeable in person and she has mentioned them a few times.

Does anyone have any suggestions on something that might help? Thank you

dd had the same. they just faded in the end it took about 2 years

My daughter has similar below her lower lip, she’s 8. I’ve never understood what it was or why it suddenly appeared.
