Daughter sick every night

Hi. Our youngest (DD just turned 3 last week), has been sick every night for the past week. She’s absolutely fine in the day but sick every night. She doesn’t wake up but a while after she’s done it she’ll scream which wakes us up. We’ve checked her room temp so it’s not too hot, we’ve made note of what she’s eating, checked her numerous times before we go to bed. I just dont understand it. It seems silly but she did this last Christmas and her second Christmas too. She also did irons family holiday to DLP. Could it be the change of routine? I think that would da silk but just don’t know now. We had Xmas lunch at 1:30 today and she’s not eaten anything since pudding at about 3. Really hoping she’s not sick again tonight.

My daughter has same. Did she get the flu vaccination recently?

I would take her to the GP, that can't be right poor thing. Hope she's ok.

Are you eating anything that you only eat around Christmas? She may have a food intolerance to say Brussels sprouts or a herb in the stuffing.
We have a banana intolerance in our family... so weird things like that do exist.

Might be a preservative only found in quality street chocolates or boxes of biscuits....look for a common item eaten over the past week.

Please check for other symptoms here - brain tumours are rare but they do happen. Night time vomiting can be a result of increased pressure when lying down:
