Bug or car/over excited?

DS went trampolining with friends.
They stuffed their faces with chocolate beforehand.

Friend sick in car after, and again when we got home.

Then felt better and very hungry. Toast has stayed down.

What do you think bug or car/over excited etc?

I'm in a total panic it's a bug and we'll all be ill for Christmas 

Sounds like too much crap and a trampoline to me personally just stick to bland food for now just in case and even if it's a bug good hygiene should stop it running wild

Just panicking that a car is such an enclosed space if it is a bug then DS will catch it

I feel like trampolining, chocolate and then a car journey would make anyone sick!

If they were hungry afterwards and kept toast down unlikely to be a bug.

The prospect of chocolate and bouncing around like a loon is enough to make me feel (Not envy!)
