My daughter was seen at the hospital after being referred for reoccurring infections.. I’ve had a letter back with the next steps which includes some blood tests but the letter was copied to the health visitor- is that normal?

We’ve never had any health visitor involvement other than the usual appointments and the infections are things she just picks up so I’m wondering why they were copied in or if that’s just standard?

It's standard. Don't expect anything to come of it.

Yes, perfectly normal. The health visitor will most likely just file it if there’s nothing specific in the letter for the HV team to action.
