My six month old DS just had a D&V bug that has been going around my older kids school. He vomited for 3 1/2 days but has been clear for a day and a half now, and his nappies are also calming down. However he seems completely miserable and is pretty much not sleeping at night, with a strange coughing towards the end of feeds as if he can’t cope with them (I am and when trying to sleep. I don’t have any experience with reflux, but he seems in pain and very uncomfortable. Does anyone have experience of how these stomach bugs play out in small babies and whether he might be suffering some after-effects in his stomach and be in pain?
