That doesn’t look to red in the photo, my Dd goes red when warm.
If you google slapped cheek you can see the images are very red and kind of raised.

My baby looks like that when she is warm, could your lo be hot?

My niece, her dd is teething very badly. The rash all around her mouth looks very sore.

What is the best cream to put on it please?
