Teething poo

My Dd is nearly 20 weeks and has shown signs of teething since about 13 weeks. She has always pooed quite a bit and is breastfed but recently she has been pooing even more. We've had nights where she's pooed 3times in the night.
Last week I spoke to a health visitor as she is also sleeping badly so she told me to see the gp to check she's not dehydrated which she wasn't.
Then on Saturday she started having some blood in her poo so I spoke to 111 for advice and they sent me to an out of hours gp who said it's most likely a bit of bowel lining from pooing so much. But to maybe ask Usual gp for a sample to be tested if it continues to be loose.
Am I being over the top about just normal teething? I remember dd1 sometimes pooing a bit more but nothing like this.
She's fine in herself and no one else in the house has had a bug
