Hi, my son has just had blood results back after he is always tired and crying a lot and seems to be always thirsty, the results want us back in for a 3rd test as it says his B12 levels are high? Anyone have any experience with this as I am unsure of what that means. (My son is 5)

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

There's been a few previous threads on this. Isolated high B12 seems to pop up from time to time in children tested for non-specific symptoms. If there aren't other concerning features from the child or the other bloods it is very unlikely to relate to a significant medical problem.

Has be been tested for diabetes?
Tired and thirsty can be indicators.
