Could this rash be the beginning of chicken pox? It appeared 24 hours ago. My son says it’s itchy but only mildly so far as he’s not scratched it during the day. It hasn’t spread over the last 24 hours but the spots are redder than they were and a few are a bit bigger.
They are raised and pimply. He’s well in himself, no temperature or other symptoms.
It blanches under glass.
