Would you keep her home,?

4 year olds already had 3.5 days off since starting in September. She started with a cold Wednesday night and powered through school for the rest of the week. She slept at her nanny's last night and was up coughing through the night. They put her in the car today to bring her home and she coughed until she was sick. She's apparently coughing loads in the car a d should be home soon. Aghh should I keep her home tomorrow?

See how she is over night tonight, if cough, cough, coughing I'd probably keep off. 3.5 days is not alot really. She doesn't have to be in school at all until the term after she turns 5.
