Scared my 1yo Is autistic

I really need some advice. My son is 15 months old. He doesnt make alot of eye contact, wont respond to his name and spins wheels alot, actually spins everything including food. Hes hit all his milestones, really social and happy, has said over 11 words and can build 4 blocks and more. The health visitor says he seems fine but this eye contact thing is worrying me. We are waiting for him to have a hearing test incase it's something to do with his ears. Has anyone else had anything like this?

My son's two nearly and still spins wheels. He's not autistic Hun. He's too young still. In fact my son picks and chooses when he wants to look.

The wheel spinning has been going on for a year with us. He's now obsessed with trucks, diggers Hoover's, prams. He says oh wooooow. I really wouldn't worry he sounds fab x
