When to worry about too much sleep

My little one is 5. She’s struggling with contact after 2 and a half years no contact with her father. He was and is a very difficult customer.
She’s only seen him twice but exhibiting very worrying signs of stress from panic attacks to actually vomiting. But what I’m struggling most with is the fact that she is falling asleep all the time. It’s so worrying. I’ve been to the doctors a few days ago but the sleep thing was in its infancy then. So I guess my question is when is too much sleep? And is sleep a sign of anxiety in children? Thanks so much ems
