1 year old heaving at the sight of food

So my 1 year old was sick about 4 times in one day due to a bug. She is also teething. She will only drink her milk now, she heaves at the sight of food. I'm not sure what I can do apart from offer food. She ate really well before this. I think where she has been sick it's made her think of food as something horrible. Is there anything else I can do or will this pass with time?

She's happy with milk - just give her milk. I would take away the food for a day or two, and give her a break from it. She will get her appetite back when she's fully better. Then perhaps offer food in a totally different setting, something she liked before, but no pressure to eat. It's just there if she wants it.
I had a massive food aversion as a child /bulimia age 10, but my parents were abusive and very controlling with food. Not saying you're like this, but i know about how it feels when you can't face food and you're being forced to eat, so no forcing.
If it all goes pear shaped - try buying the book 'How to get your kid to eat - but not too much'

Thank you.
Yeah we never pressure we just offer. She took till she was 10 months to properly wean as she wasn't interested. I've just let her go at her own pace. I'll be glad when she's better.
