DS having dental surgery - ulcer?

My ds is due to go into dental hospital tomorrow morning for a small operation but he now has a mouth ulcer. Does anyone know if this will stop them doing the surgery?

Thanks, I just don’t want to get through there and find out they won’t do it. Obviously we’ve no choice but I just want to be prepared if they might send us home. My ds gets very anxious anyway so want it over with for him.
