3 week baby looks pale

My 3 week baby looks very pale, especially when he is sleeping. His lips are not blue, doctor says he is fine. Has anyone experience this with there baby?

Was the baby jaundiced before and has just recovered from that now? If you're still not happy after speaking to one GP then get a second opinion.

If you are ethnically from Africa or between Greece or Bangladesh then has the baby been tested for the various red blood cell traits?

My baby is very pale, perfectly healthy. Their skin is so perfect and not been exposed to much sunlight. It can be entirely normal. We had mild jaundice at birth and now at almost 11 weeks she has porcelain skin, you can see her veins in places.
