Has anyone's child been poorly after this year's? My child has had it before and always been fine but this year raging temperature as have a lot at school. I'm well aware it could just be a virus but timing seems strange to me. Anyone else?

I was worried about this. DD has hers today so I hope it was just bad timing at your school!

Our school has had soooo many illnesses from the day after flumist was administered (mid October) and ongoing. If it were just one illness circulating I would think it was coincidental, but to go from no absences the week before to nearly the entire class absent at one point or other over the couple of weeks after...with 5 different illnesses....It's crazy.

Coincidental. There are always viruses circulating at this time of the year

Same half of one year group has gone down today!

My boys said it made their nose sting and their eyes water. They both had a sniffle for a day or so but no temperature.

Just be glad your kids have had theirs. Our schools have been pushed back until 10th Dec to lack of stock. DD is currently in hospital with Influenza A. I can absolutely say it’s nothing like any virus she has had before.
