What is this?

Hi all,

Not sure where else to put this but what do you think this spot on my toddler is? He has a similar one on the other side of his face. No temperature, nothing else. It appeared yesterday.

It looks like the start of a normal spot to me but it's hard to tell from that photo. Keep an eye on it and see if more appear, it doesn't look like the start of chickenpox to me - at least, it didn't look like that when I last saw it. Not that I'm a medic though so that could be rubbish.

Thank you for your reply. I'll definitely keep an eye on it. He hasn't sprouted any more so it doesn't seem to be the beginnings of a rash
