Cold in a five week old

My DS has had a cold for two whole weeks now. It's keeping him up at night and myself and my partner are struggling to get sleep. He has a lot of phlegm in his nose that bothers him whenever he lies down flat.

We have been using a saline solution to try to clear his nose but it's not great. I'm shattered, I'm breastfeeding a lot right now and cautious of falling asleep with him in my arms. It's also freezing temperatures, as we are in winter. He may be also cluster feeding. I'm trying to keep him hydrated and warm and my partner is back at work.

Any advice?

Nose Frieda! Gross but effective. Calpol do a plug-in too and there's also Snufflebabe. Elevate the head of his cot a little too.
