Rash went from this to this! Help

Hi guys.

I posted a picture of a dribble rash ( agreed with the doctor and got some cream Timidone or something ) this is the first picture. The cream has worked wonders under his neck however see the next picture which is what his face now looks like?! He's got a cold and a cough no temperature. wasn't in his chest when we went however I'm wondering if it is now. What can I put on this please? As it's his face I'm scared to put anything on it!

Is he dribbling a lot?

I start with Sudocreme for all skin conditions and only trouble the GP if that hasn't worked after a few days.

That's looking more like impetigo now. I'd say back to the GP tomorrow.

@MrsJoshNavidi yes he is dribbling a lot. Teething! X plus is sick a lot with reflux.
