Baby Injections (less than 4 weeks in between)

I'm going to ring my GP surgery tommorow anyway but wanted a heads up on this:
My baby is due his 16 weeks injections and we booked an appointment for this. However looking at his red book I've just realised he will have only had a 3 week & 6 day gap since his last lot of injections (so one day less than the usual 4 weeks). Has anyone experienced a similar situation and were you allowed to go ahead?
The other thing is if I count from the time the last lot of injections were given down to the hour then it will be a 4 week gap but I don't think you can include the day of vaccination in the 4 weeks Confused

Thanks in advance.
