Side effects of antibiotics

Dd (10) was on iv flucloxicillin for 2 days. Then changed to oral antibs and sent home from hosp

Now we have our little girl refusing food because she feels constantly sick and has a tummy ache. I’m sure it’s down to the antibiotics as she never complains of such symptoms.

Is there anything that I can do?? We have another 4 days of these!!

Probiotics?

Normal I think, at least it short lived. Try probiotics, vitamins and a bland diet or offering what she wants to eat for a bit.
