Baby thrush help!

I've been back and forth trying to treat my now 10 week old's oral thrush since he was 2 weeks old. As I'm breastfeeding I did ask if I needed treatment too but was reassured not if I wasn't showing symptoms. Long story short, we now both have it and I'm on fluconazole for the next 2 weeks and I have nystatin for baby as daktarin gel makes him instantly sick everywhere ☹️
after 2 days of nystatin his mild reflux has now flared up massively and he's brought back up entire feeds three times today and had terrible silent reflux last night (choking, coughing, sick etc). I'm now stuck between a week or so of sticking with the nystatin but him throwing up all the time or trying to find a more natural treatment and hoping it works.
Does anyone have any advice or suggestions? I do have infant probiotics that I've been giving him a tiny amount but that's all. I keep reading about grapefruit seed extract but am a bit wary. Obviously hygiene is a priority so that side of things is manageable. Sorry for the long post, I'm just so tired of it now!
