Waiting 111 call back, just looking for opinions

Hi, my little boy started with high temp yesterday morning went to docs and they said tonsillitis and gave penicillin. Fast forward to 2am this morning screaming the house down in pain and doesn't look like tonsillitis to me! He's also got symptoms of a uti (constantly needing a wee but nothing coming out), he doesn't have any rash or blisters on hand and feet but this is around and in his mouth! Could this be herpes (he had what looked like a cold sore Thursday but never bothered him and never mentioned it)? Or hand foot and mouth? Any experience or advice grateful, like waiting to be hung waiting for the call back! Anxious mama 😭

Looks very much like hand foot and mouth OP

Looks like hand foot and mouth more than herpes, particularly as the high temp came before the spots.

Thanks everyone! It's hand foot and mouth, he also has the bacterial tonsillitis as well bless him :(! They said to expect it to get worse before better but hope they're wrong! Xx
