Bone clicking in baby

We have a 15 month old PFB and have noticed in the last month or so that the bones in one of his legs (or hip?) sometimes click.

I notice it sometimes when he has his evening breastfeed and my fiancé has recently started to notice it during the day but not often.

Has anyone else experienced anything similar? We're going to book the GP on Monday, just wanted to hear other parents' experiences. Tia.

My DD is 5 months and her left knee clicks pretty much every time she straightens her leg. Paediatrician checked it and since it isnt bothering, hurting or affecting her we are leaving it alone for now. He checked her hips and they look fine.
Obviously if it troubles her in any way we will go back to GP.
I have clicky ankles that click every time i walk down the stairs and it never bothers or hurts me so could just be one of those things.
