Grandson aged almost four has a note from holiday club - verbatim : that a child may have worms in the setting . Please check and treat your child accordingly .
Any advice how you sorted it ?

It's probably thread worms. Can get tablets from chemiststo treat whole family. They're very common. 4/10 kids under 10 years old apparently.

I don't think it's worth worrying about unless your grandson has symptoms (itchy bottom, possibly tummy ache) or you spot anything in his poos/around his bottom - they look like tiny strands of rice noodle!
Threadworms are very common in small children (much like nits) and are more of an annoyance than a problem.
