What's is this mark?

DC has had the small red mark on the left on their lip for approximately a year, looked through all photos on mine and DPs phone to check.

Doesn't seem to bother her but a couple of their friends mention it to them then now and again.

Woke up this morning and now a second one, on the right has appeared.

Anyone any ideas what they could be?

Do they weep? Are they crusty? Raised?

Can't really tell from picture...

I can remember having something on my hand as a child. It was a small blood filled mark. Pressed down on it and it would fade? It went after a few years. Probably best get it looked at by your hv?

Not crusty or weepy, it is literally like a burst blood vessel or something

Cherry angioma perhaps? Might be worth getting checked out, but unlikely to be anything serious I'd have thought.
