Has anyone had any experience with SpecSavers and fixing/replacing children's glasses- the free/non-NHS pair? Did they charge for it?

Not Specsavers sorry but vision express fixed my dds when first one arm broke, then the other then replaced them all under the same prescription. We had to pay the £20 again that we'd paid to have a nicer pair than the NHS freebie ones but that was expected.
