My baby is 15 weeks old. She seems to randomly get little red bumps on her cheeks. This has been happening since she was about 4 weeks old and I thought it may have been baby acne but it seemed to come and go for such a long time I suspected it may be something I’m eating (she’s breastfed) so I have tried to cut down on foods with cows milk. She gets these little bumps far less than she used to but a few days this week I have had cows milk and I have noticed them again today and she seems a bit unhappy. She doesn’t seem to have any other obvious symptoms so I don’t want to bother the doctors for a few little red bumps but I just wondered if anyone else’s baby had this or if it’s just normal? I’ve attached a couple of photos. Also I wash all of our clothes in fairy non bio and she only gets this on her face. Thanks!
