My little girl has been unwell the last week with a bug and ear infection. She's just getting better but has come out in this rash. Anyone know what it could be

Was she on antibiotics. May be a reaction to that. Does it itch or irretate her? I work in a nursery and kids get all sort of rashes unknown reasons. Could be nothing but best to check with your doctor.
