My LO is 9mo and just started nursery. And unsurprisingly has already seemed to have caught a cold with a constant runny nose. During the day it doesn't seem to bother him, but at night it's just so bad he can't settle.
We've done saline spray & nose freda (though he absolutely hates it and fights against anything going up his nose). Have his head slightly elevated in the cot. And a humidifier in his room.
Is there anything else I can do to help??
