Help desperate for some advice

My lo is 6 months old next week. He was prematurely born 3 weeks early and had a rocky start with an infection that led to a short stay in hospital with antibiotics.
We returned home and he became a different baby overnight. He began vomiting (reflux) and crying constantly. Long story short we ended up being prescribed neocate along side rainidine. We stayed on neocate for almost 4 weeks with zero improvement in fact it made his reflux worse. Made the decision to switch back to cow and gate reflux milk and changed medication to lansoprazole. The last 2 weeks have been tough, lo barely sleeps and when he does he trashes about moving constantly whilst farting. He has a constant wheeze which we assumed was a cold at first but he is also constantly congested. He doesn’t have any skin irritation though. My question is if he had CMPA we would of seen an improvement of some sort with the neocate? My ped is useless and feel like screaming when I see him. Please any advice would be welcome at this point. Thanks

This sounds really hard on you all, OP. We don't have any advice ourselves but wanted to bump this thread for you this morning in hopes someone with more knowledge about it might be around to answer you.
