No bottom right canine

My 18 month old has cut his front four bottom teeth, his two first molars on each side and his bottom left canine. But no bottom right canine. There’s no room for it at all-the molar is right next to the incisor on that side.

Is this something to worry about?

Difficult to say as the photo isn't very clear but my first thought is that the lower right canine is already in but the lower lateral deciduous incisor is actually the missing tooth. I think I can see the lower left canine partly erupted in your photo.
I don't think the photo is clear enough to be fully confident, sorry.
If there is a tooth congenitally missing, not necessarily an issue if there isn't room enough for it anyway. If the deciduous tooth is absent it often signifies the permanent tooth is absent also. Again, not necessarily an issue- depends on available space & aesthetics in the individual.
