7 month old hoarse + cough (after recent croup and chest infection) should I be worried?

Couple of weeks ago group was treated with one of steroid then chest infection was treated with amoxicillin which seemed to work well baby wasn't good form for 2 days but now appears hoarse and coughing how worried should I be

Off food today so maybe sore throat etc I give Calpol at tea time baby has cried less since then

I thought earlier I should have taken baby to GP but dp thought it wasn't cause for concern just a cough I'm not so sure my given he has been unwell recently

Any advice?

Should i phone out of hrs or wait until morning?

I don't know if this is just one of those things that sounds worse than it is?

If baby is no better on Monday I should definitely take her to the doctors. Cough should
clear up after antibiotics. X

thanks been to docs and given inhaler instead of another antibiotic
