1 year old heavy cold

Hi
Has anyone got any recommendations to help my 1 year old with a heavy cold? Been using the calpol plug in at night but need something for during the day

Just lots of fluid, calpol and cuddles. Not much else you can do really. Hope LO feels better soon

If they get really blocked up, I sometimes use the snot sucking thing. When they're younger I did use saline spray a little, which produced mix results.

Snuffle babe nasal drops and rub.
After bath time rub on the bottom their feet or before bed put on socks or footed baby gro should help. Not nice for them x
