Shaking one arm / one leg

DD told me today at school she will sometimes get uncontrollable shaking of one arm or one leg, only one side at a time but can happen on either side. She's 14 and suffers from migraines. She won't see a doctor unfortunately.

Does anyone know what this is? DD thinks it maybe anxiety but generally doesn't appear anxious. I am wondering about focal seizures or similar but don't know that much about it. I have never witnessed it so not sure exactly what happens but she is always conscious. No obvious issues at school.

Thanks very much.

Why won't she see a doctor?

Although 14 she is still classed as a child so should still be brought to see someone even if she doesn't want to but needs to

She needs to speak tp someone. Could the two of you call '111' together?

I had restless legs (and arms) during my 3rd trimester but it can be caused by a variety of things:
