Black/school ankle boots, physio recommendation

My DD(4) toe walks and after a few hospital visits to rule out anything structural and a physio referral she's now had an assessment in which the physio suggested wearing ankle boots to make getting onto her toes more difficult.
As most of her time in shoes is during school any ideas on where to get good fitting suitable black boots?

She's usually in clarks but they haven't anything apart from the slip on Chelsea boots which she can't easily get on due to a high instep.
I've looked at Kickers but they are really bulky and she's quite small to be lugging them around all day.
