Waiting to hear back from my gp about my 4 month old hes breastfed and had constipation for weeks , prescribed laxatives which worked but suddenly changed to him having diarrhea and abit sicky for the last few days - presumed he has a tummy bug docter agreed with me but this morning he is passing mucus blood sometimes on its own without any stool it’s a pinky red colour. He still doesn’t seem overly unwell in himself but obviously I’m freaking out wondered if anyone experienced similar ?

No! They haven’t even seen him just given advice over a message to the receptionist saying if he has it next week then bring him in, Not good enough for me ! thinking of taking him to a walk in centre

That's bonkers.
Walk in centre sounds the best idea.
Don't be fobbed off as pfb, blood anywhere from a baby is scary.

Get him seen and get some reassurance.
Hope he's feeling better poor lamb.

Are your nipples cracked/bleeding? I agree that he should be seen. If he passes any more take a photo so that you can show the drs or keep the nappy if you can.
