Question about the nasal flu vaccine

This is probably a slightly strange question but does anyone know if the nasal flu vaccine can be given up one nostril only?

DD8 is going to have the nasal flu vaccine at school. We are however, currently waiting to see an ENT doctor as she has a problem with one nostril being partially blocked. There may be a polyp up there but at the moment we aren't really sure what is causing the problem.

The flu vaccine is going to be given a few weeks before we have the ENT appointment. Can I ask them to just use her good nostril? Google says it's a single spray up each nostril. Would 2 sprays up one nostril work ok? I'd like her to have the vaccine but I don't want it to cause her any more nose issues.

Thank you!

could she not have it as an injection instead?

I'm pretty sure it's two nostrils. My friends DD has horrific nosebleeds and so she is given injection at doctors rather than nasal spray at school.
