Blood on blanket

My ds 15 months is teething and has a cold. This morning I found a little bit of blood on his blanket. Seemed a little slimy so I'm thinking it's from his nose. Is this normal. Should I go to the docs

When my daughter was teething we often found blood on the blankets. Not loads, but noticeable.

With a cold it's probably just mixing with the mucus. Personally as long as it's not loads and he's otherwise okay I wouldn't worry
