Ds eating

Just after some advice
My ds is a very fussy eater and I am finding it impossible to get him to even try any new foods.
He has just turned 3 and has always been very funny about food. He wont eat any fruit or veg or even try anything new at all.
He pretty much lives on
Weetabix
Porridge
Yoghurts
Jam sandwiches
Peanut butter sandwiches
Chicken nuggets
Fish fingers
Chips
Waffles
And the usual crisps and cakes that all kids love.
Ds would rather starve than eat something different.
Any ideas on how to get Ds to eat other things would be much appreciated.

Everything you listed apart from jam is in the fifty-shades-of-beige food.
And most seems to come out of a packet?
Have you tried doing your own chicken schnitzel or your own battered fish? Industrial food is engineered to make you crave it so one by one, you should try to remove it and offer the homemade version.
Try to offer fruit arranged in an inviting way on a plate, or lice bananas and strawberries and some yogurt in a tiny bowl as a dip.

Do you eat together as a family and what do you eat yourself? You should start having your meals together. You might also have to consider not giving him anything to eat/drink (apart from water) in the 2 hours prior the meal, so he is actually hungry when it is lunch and dinner time.
