Goat's milk

Hi

I have an 8 week old baby girl and I'm currently mix feeding as I'm not producing enough milk. Unfortunately it's been a hassle to find the right formula for her because she has acid reflux. I've been recommended goats milk but I'm not sure as I've read different opinions online. Anyone have any idea?

have you tried using this formula? if so and it hasn't worked, goats milk is always worth a try?

No I haven't tried it yet! Which formula do you recommend?

we used the SMA anti reflux stuff and it seemed to work x

If the reflux is allergy-driven switching to goat is unlikely to be helpful as rates of cross-reaction are high. If it's not allergy-driven (which is usual) then goat unlikely to make a difference.
Anti-reflux milks have the same ingredients as normal milk plus thickener, which can help keep things down.

To a big extent reflux in babies is more normal than not so it depends a lot on your goals and the impact the symptoms are having on them.
