White line across nose

Hi

My 5 year old son has had a white line across his nose for a while, originally I thought it was a tan line but it does not seem to go! Now I'm beginning to think it's something else! He does seem to sound quite blocked up when he talks!

Any suggestions?

transverse nasal crease or groove

Have a google image of that...and read a bit about it. Can either be just a weird quirk of birth or sometimes indicate allergies.

Like a little crease line you mean? I used to have that as a child, from where I rubbed my nose a lot - it would itch, particularly at night and I'd rub it and developed a crease line that was more white in summer. I don't have it in adulthood if it helps

Oh my son has also had that for 2 weeks now. I have no idea where it came from. I supposed his could have worn sunglasses while at his dad's.

I thought sunglasses but it has not gone, just vanishes when his skin lightens but in summer shoes up again.
